Those look pretty good. My only experience with liver (as a child) was liver and onions. My brothers and I (no idea where big sis was that day), turned our noses up at it, and refused to eat it. At some point my dad - who loves liver and onions - made "THE THREAT"...."You kids are going to sit at this table until you eat your liver and onions!!!". We went to the fridge and pulled out every condiment we had. Ketchup, all salad dressings, mayo, mustard. Everything. We stonewalled our parents for at least an hour and a half. At some point they realized they had lost, and went into the living room to watch TV. And, right then, Sadie (our cocker spaniel) had a very delicious meal under the table. Needless to say we were never served that dish again. Now that I am in my fifties, I think I need to revisit liver, because these look tasty. Another lesson was that team work amongst siblings is important LOL.

Jazzy...I love some chicken livers BUT beef liver and onions yuck! I would feed it to my dogs, in fact I have. Husband made me make some (first time making and eating them). Looked good, one bite and barf! Lol, thanks for the story, I loved it!
