I broke my fast at exactly 8pm today, meaning that I fasted for 79 hours. That's a new record for me and I'm very happy with that. Tomorrow on my diet plan is another fasting day but since I just did a three day one this should be pretty easy for me. I didn't break the fast with too many calories either, just 126 which I'm happy with. I also did not have over 50g of carbs so I should be back into ketosis pretty fast. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with this fast!
