Judesw's Journal, 27 October 2019

I have been sick since I got home from work and running around with my boys Friday evening. Horrible cough, low grade fever and no appetite. Finally felt better this morning. May not have been a great idea, but i took a walk because I have not exercised since Thursday. Time to cook, clean and get ready for the week.
