Went to the grocery store. WOW!!!!! 3 bags of groceries $45.00 hard to believe staying alive cost so much these days. Only 2 kinds of meat and items to make salads with and a few extras.Oh well I'm afraid it's going to get worse before it gets better. Signed up for 3 challenges one being mine so should do pretty good in the weight loss department even though my legs won't let me excerise to much anymore I can still do uppper body work-outs. Off the the mall, until tommorow
