Yah Hoo....It is Friday! I am so ready for the weekend! Well the week started out good with working out, but didn't stay that way! Went to the gym on Monday, but haven't been back since. I have had softball and volleyball all week though, so that was my work out! Eating is still going good. I am not sure what I weigh 100% but things are really starting to fall off me cloths wise. So all in all I am doing fairly well!

Sounds good. You don't have to go to the gym everyday as long as you stay active. Have a great weekend, you deserve to relax.

Having your clothes fall off is great!!! Even though you don't always make it to the gym, the softball and volleyball are great workouts!! I wouldn't trivialize those!! You're probably working off more calories doing those sports than just going to the gym. You're doing great!!!
