Still following the diet closely with pretty good results. My pee has really tasted weird the past couple of days, maybe because of all the broccoli I have been eating. I am really working to stay hydrated, the diarrhea is really hitting me hard. I'm on the toilet 7-8 times a day. All in all it's been a good first week.
