@ClaireoSullivan, my final weight is 169 lbs. I am going to lose it slow so my skin will have time to retract, at least that is what I am gearing myself to try. Looking into foods that promote or enhance skin elasticity and possibly oils or butters to aid in my skin's elasticity in these last few pounds. I can't work out too hard because of some injuries I acquired or I would just do some sit ups!

Hey KetoBruce, I followed you too! I was just at 220 in May I believe. It has been quite the journey but I stopped eating fast food and soda as a starting point, then gradually lowered the frequency and portions of my food to a weight loss deficiency, which is my current calorie count of about 1600 calories. No exercise other than walking and mowing my lawn. Well, I mow my relatives lawns now! It has been a steady progression and a joy to do this!
