Turns out adding some of the health trail mix was a good choice. A little bit of dried raisin, dried cranberries, walnuts and almonds and some other weird note - delicious mixed with the flax seed and a little cinnamon sugar in there. I also tried the Almond Milk Silk, not bad at all just so watery. I added in a little bit of milk but it's 80% Almond.
