Wow, I keep this up and I'll be skinny in no time!!!

I bet if I was exercising more then what I am I'd loose 2 lbs. I really need to get one of those steppers or something.
But hey, I'm happy with what I've got now!
236.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
