Diddlee's Journal, 17 September 2019

Started this morning with coffee, eggs and some fatty meat as usual. Warm up and try bench press. Big smile 😃 yay,did 20 easy. My max was 15 only a few days ago.

Little things like that makes it fun to lift.

shirfleur 1 Thank you. Sitting here with heavy breathing after doing another 20. Now I try to reflect on what I did over the last couple of days. Believe having an activity that is joyful act as a good replacement for a mouth orientated joy.

Keilin_4 Believe you're right. I've been at it for about three hours now, and it feels like I start to warm up. lol. I don't get it. Don't recognize this way of being. Might have something to do with eating enough to support the activity. Leave understanding for later.

It makes a huge difference when you're eating right, you're burning through the workouts with what seems like minimal effort, next thing you know you're done and thinking about more. I guess I should start posting my workouts, but like tracking my eating, it's not really something I feel particularly arsed to do.
