I felt great starting a stretching regime last night.
I am going to avoid the neck one in the future though. It was mild and I was gentle but my neck is sore now last night and today. My neck is not "normal" and is sensitive so I was thinking stretching it lightly would be healthy toward healing it but I'm not sure. At most I'll only do that once a week just to see if it helps, I don't want to irritate it either.
Everything went fine except one exercise that's called a Lateral Plank Walk (from Pinterest) --- my left hand started bothering me last night and still today. It hurt it so not sure how to avoid hurting the hand. Trust me I only did like two reps of this because I'm so out of shape with this stuff lol
