I am pleasantly surprised that I didn't gain any weight after the past long weekend. Hopefully I can stay on track this week as I pass over my first month on Fatsecret, and my first month of new habits.
222.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
