I think I've hit a plateau... Time to cut out some carbs and see if that helps...

Try eliminating all the bad cards, and focus more on the low GI ones. It will not cause such a drastic insulin spike.

Well...as you can see from my food intake that day...I didnt cut any carbs...LOL
Gotta love being Italian and Loving food...hehehe
Oh well for now... Loving Power 90! Love the way it makes me feel! Tony is AWESOME! He keeps me motovated to work out every day!
