I totally agree! In fact, if possible, avoid those darned addictive things entirely!!!

I wouldn't worry so much about it. So ya garfed out on peanuts, and got a calorie bump? Peanuts are high in protein, high in fiber, and have good fats. Maybe your body was tellin you that's what you needed. Now divide the whole thing by a month and you get practically nothing. Just "borrow" from it on the installment plan. Or just walk ten extra minutes a day, or run a couple of miles three times a week, and the peanuts are gone, except for the good part that is part of the new you! Enjoy life! Just run around in circles telling anyone you see how much you enjoy life, and I guarantee that peanuts won't be on your mind after awhile. I'll do it with you if you feel stupid. Just tell me when to start. :-) What I'd worry about, though, is all those empty, sugary calories that somehow snuk in with the peanuts...

I agree with what sngourd said. They are good fats. You should probably up your water, to rid of the salt though. Are they unsalted? I like Unsalted Dry Roasted the best =)
