well its a few hours later, I got some good advice from people here on FS & feel better. I had to run to the store to pick up a few things & while I was there I found some low cal bread & baked chips & bought them & made luch at home instead of going to subway on the way home.I'm kind of proud of myself, I shaved 100 cals by doing that. I guess I have to plan my days better & will work on that. now I just have to learn to get my lazy self off of the couch. (which is my comfort zone)
