Yesterday was a lift day. I ate 100% of goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.1% I believe I cracked a tooth last night. I have a dentist appointment today. I have only been drinking protein shakes so far today...
160.1 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good job meeting those numbers. Hope the tooth is fixed soon.

Thanks Steven and Becc!!! The dentist was able to save the tooth. It looks like I'm gonna need a crown and maybe a root canal. I'm having a protein drink for dinner and will try to control the pain from the work done today...
