I purchased my WW books yesterday & officially restarted WW today! Doing good so far.Rode bike for 15min, hot tub 5min, Water aerobics 30min, circuit training 30min, hot tub 15min. I am hm letting Luke take a nap & then going to Walmart to grocery shop!
251.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good step re-starting officially. It is a funny thing, but I find I am much more successful when I go to the meetings. I have found the new series of WW plan books quite helpful. ( I just got book 10 yesterday at my weigh in )
