I see your picture here and you are far from a COW!! You are some one who has the will power to try, and that is saying alot! We all fall off here and there, and we are here to help pick you back up and keep you going, you DO have what it takes to do this. I have the same battles as you, and i know it is one that will continue. All we can do is try our best, and we WILL GET IT! Keep that great smile going :0)

Yes, don't say bad things about yourself. Tell yourself you are beautiful (and you are) and worth it to look and feel your best. Find your motivation and believe in yourself. You can do it!
