Hi! I am in my 30's and have a great husband & 4 wonderful children. I have been overweight since about the 5th grade. I got my heaviest around age 22 - 23 when I hit about 245 I am 5'6" barely! Then over the years I would loose a little then a little more, until after my last pregnancy I decided this was it! Plus my last two were twins so I really didn't have much time to sit or eat! Anyway, long story short, I had lost a total of 97 pounds since my heaviest weight. But now I seem to be in this rut of put on and taken off extra pounds and inches to you know all those areas that love to store fat time and time again, yep the ol' yo yo effect ahahha! I just can't get rid of it. So here I am still trying to get them off. I know the points system works, cause I have done it before! However since getting off track,I am having a really hard time getting back to it! I'm trying really hard to get back into my regular wookouts (which used to be 45 to 60 minutes a day) but am having a hard time in sticking with it! I feel like I'm ready again, but keep going the wrong way..........but I won't give up EVER!

Hi eveyone!
Ok I have changed my photo, and of course this is not a photo of me!! This is just a little reminder to myself of how I would like to look, and the location she is at isn't really too bad looking either Laughing Anyway I hope this helps to motivate me.......I'll take all the help I can get! Best wishes everyone!

coffee creamer
splenda makes coffee additives that are pretty good. I don't know if they taste like a creamer, but they really make your coffee taste good for 0 points!!! Hope this helps you out!

two wonderful things I have found
I have found two things that I think are very yummy that I wanted to share with all of you. One of the items is called Kellogs Cereal staws. They looked and sounded groose to me, but when my kids kept begging me to get them I did. Well after looking at the nutritional guide on the box I tried one and they are AWESOME! The only flavor that I have tried so far is the Cocoa Pebbles one. They are GREAT, and you can have 3 staws for 3 points!! I usually count 1 point for one, cause I usually don't need three. Put this together with a cup of diet hot cocoa or coffee and your set!
The other thing I found is called Splenda flavor Blends for Coffee! I have tried the Mocha and LOVE IT! I'm not a coffee drinker, but love a cup everynow and then. I always had to add sugar to it (this is why I would try to avoid it), but now with this I can have a cup for FREE POINTS. On the box it says that it is free up to 4 packets.......not positive that means WW but I'm pretty sure. There is 0 cal, 0 fat! There are different kinds I can't wait to try! I hope some of you find these items yummy like I did!

what can I subsitute for an egg
I always use two egg whites in my muffins. And if it is a regular size box (big box) I always just fill the cups about 1/4 to 1/2 full instead of 3/4. Watch them while baking though, they do cook up faster of course. I do the same for the smaller mixes too. Seems to work for me anyway. Hope it works for you. Good luck!
