I'm very glad the weight gain from this past weekend was not significant or long lasting! Going to head out for a run before I work today, so hopefully that goes ok. Upset that I'm not sore from my weight training yesterday, hopefully I will be tomorrow!

I am actually going to be lowering my goal weight by 2 lbs once I get to this goal though, & IT IS HARD TO GET TO THIS GOAL!!!! You'll have to give me some tips, you are losing!!!

If you want to be sore up the weight and or change the movements. It is amazing how much of a difference a subtle change in your lifting motion can have on how it hit the muscle.
