your settings may have been off....try and check your account information---I just noticed the settings myself today. There's option there to choose what items and categories you want in your food journal. Hope that works! Good luck!

I think that's why most of us just post what we ate in our journal! I notice that the foods I eat (which i thought were pretty common, aren't even in their listings!) If they're going to offer a food diary, it should be functional, huh??

The Food Diary! Blech... "I glower in its general direction" I just can't get the hang of it atall atall.... much easier to pop what was eaten on your journal and make up figures....opps I mean count out the grams accurately, of course!

Gram, the thing with the food diary is that it is like dieting-it is hard at first but gets easier as time goes on. Initially, I found it a pain in my golden gate sized butt to constantly enter foods, look for items that may or may not be listed etc.. But now that I used it regularly and manually entered product info that I use regularly, its become easier. The best thing of all..(DAVE are ya listening?) is that it takes the guesswork out of figuring out your net carbs, protein intake etc..There is also a fav meals option. This means that enter all the ingredients of a meal you eat regularly and then next time you eat it, you simply select it from the fav meals list and the ingredients are added for you. This can save a lot of time in the long run. I havent done it for a week or two because I am off the dieting track at the moment but when I get back on, it will be a good thing.
