Ok here goes.....79 days to my wedding. A trainer told me yesterday I weighed 171 and my body fat was at 34.5% and should be at 24%. Hello health risk. It's time to take control. For breakfast I had half a honey wheat bagel with 2 tbsp fat free cream cheese. Snack I had a nature's only granola bar. I packed my lunch today and it is turkey on wheat with reduced fat colby jack with mustard, side of cheesy cauliflour and grapes. Grapes will likely be afternoon snack along with laughing cow light cheese wedge bf i hit the gym. 79 days 79 days 79 days...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
