alright, time to be honest with myself. I need to keep refining my WOE and I need to drink more water. I have been working on a creative project and dog sitting, so I haven't gotten much exercise beyond dog walking for the last week. I am thankful for the time to work on the project, but I miss actually breaking a sweat. I am going to go to yoga today and I am excited.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 74.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
