Uggghhhh. I am getting SOOO SICK of how little I have to eat just to have a calorie deficit. This is stupid. My weight is still at 138. Hopefully lower tomorrow. But I feel like I've barely eaten anything today, and I'm still SOOO HUNGRY when I shouldn't have anything else. Going to the fitness center to try this running thing again. Aiming for at least 15 mins of running and 15 mins of walking. Hopefully I can do more. That'd be nice. Bigger deficit.

Ugh!

Stupid body, burn more calories!

Hey buddy :) I took a look at your diet calendar. Hope you don't mind! I would suggest trying to eat more protein and fats and less carbohydrates. Proteins and fats will help you feel fuller. Sugary things will make you feel full for a bit, but hungry soon after. I've been keeping to a 1400 calorie diet for months now and pretty much never feel hungry! What you eat can make a huge difference. Let me know if you want more specific advice. You can eat less and feel fuller if you eat the right stuff.

Sorry to hear that your are having such a hard time curbing your hunger. I add lots of almost 0 calorie foods to my plate at lunch, dinner and for snacks. I keep a wide variety of vegetables cut up and ready to eat whenever I am feeling hungry or like I want to nibble on something. Celery, carrots, radishes, turnips, cucumbers, jicama. Whatever your favorites. At meals I fill up my plate with cooked vegies like spinach, green beans, asparagus. I also eat plenty of whole grains which sustain me for longer periods of time. I also snack on yogurt and berries. Berries are very low cal and great for curbing the appetite and the desire for sweets. Oh, and I have added milk to some meals and find that REALLY helps control my appetite. Hope you find something here that helps. Let me know if it does or if you find other tactics that work. I am always looking for new ideas.

A bowl of Kashi Go Lean with milk takes care of my bedtime snacking urges. Personal testimonial that twigs and berries fend off hunger. :)

The thing that helps me and my friend to not feel so starving all day, is to start every day with an egg or two, but you have to eat the yolk too! Eating cereal, or a smoothie, or any of those diet breakfasts we are starving in what seems like nothing. Days when I eat eggs for breakfast, even when it sounds gross, I don't get that feeling nearly as bad.

Thanks everyone! I usually eat more protein than I have this week... but I've been lazy so I haven't gone grocery shopping. Oops! I think anothing thing causing the hunger is that I've been doing a LOT of stregnth traning for the past two weeks.

Had a personal trainer tell me once 30 mg of protein each meal, 10 mg of fiber and 300 carbs. Good luck!
