Good day yesterday. I actually found myself not wanting/craving more than the food I ate, which is new. Hopefully that means my body is not starting to get use to, and accept the lower calories.

225.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Awesome! It does change. Habits are habits because you've repeated them so many times. Repeat new eating style enough times, it will also become habit :) Soon enough, old eating habits seem foreign. You're doing great.
