Day One
I plan to change my current eating habits, by minimizing fast food, and cutting back on the normal size sandwiches that I buy at the local gas station to a 4" instead of 6", and to 3 sandwiches a week instead of pretty much everyday, sometimes twice a day.
I plan to select a routine exercise regimen and stick to it.(no drastic exercise plan that I attempt once and quit)
I plan to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day (if not more).
If I can, try and work at least 3 fruits/vegetables in my meals everyday.
With this said, I hope to lose 10% of my body weight with 6 months from now.
