Good day and a very good week, I added 10 min to my biggest loser workout, and the good thing was it didnt kill me. I got a great score for today and im very pleased with myself. Walked the dogs this morning it was freezing outside but dressed for the weather and we had a fabulous walk. Had a meeting late morning, came home started dinner family is having turkey and stuffing and potatoes, im going to cut up some turkey breast and use some baby spinach to make me a salad. Going to do my 30 min on the elliptical and rest tonight.
