It's one of those mornings where I just don't feel right. Did not do much yesterday due to the weather, but even in the frigid temps I did talk two short walks that equalled a city block each. After each one I came home and thought I would never be warm again. Eating was okay until later in the evening when all I wanted was crackers so that is what I ate. Needless to say all the liquids I drank yesterday wee quickly absorbed by the saltiness. So one small slip up but nothing of land slide proportions.
Today is another cold one.. :(

Ungh, wish I could change the weather for you... it's in the 50F range here, so not too bad, just a slight chill. At least you got out and walked, though. Hugs and warmth!!
