This is the lowest I have been in probably 15 years! Very happy! Down 41lbs in 4.5 months. Now entering the maintenance phase! LCHF mixed with IF is the key!!!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
