Has this happened to anyone? So far I've lost 21.2lbs, and to me it really shows. But I've only had one person notice the weight loss. My mom and husband of course notice, because they are looking for it and know I'm on the plan. Like here at work, I haven't told anyone I'm on LA, because I want them to notice the loss and not have them look for it. And yet no one has said anything. I just think that is really weird. Has anyone experienced this?

I have had a lot of people notice my forty or so pound weight loss. My family all live out of town, so they have not seen me recently. I am starting to even receive compliments from men or even men asking female acquaintances if I have lost weight. I am down 2-3 sizes. Stuck right now, but will move on again I am sure eventually.
Have you bought any new clothes or are you still wearing the old ones? My co-workers make fun of me once in a while for 'swimming" in too big clothes. Keep plugging and it will show!!!

I am wearing the same clothes. I am finally back down to wear I'm comfortable in my old clothes. Maybe that's what it is. Guess I'll wait till I loose the other 10lbs then I'll buy more clothes, and finally people will notice. Thanks Annie. I didn't really think about that.

People I work with havn't said anything either. I only lost 13 but I think it shows, but maybe it doesnt.

Brandi, it has to be your clothes because after 20 lbs you should be wearing a size smaller. I have lost 55 lbs and am down to a size 12 (tight) and I started in a size 18-20. The only way they will notice is if you wear those new long shirts that are form fitting, I sure do. Keep up the great work, the only sucky thing about losing weight is I have lost ALL of my upper area....he he.
