why don't you just eat healthy and exercise. I'd never go on one of those diets with prepared meals. It's not sustainable and it's not teaching you healthy habits. Eat fruits and veggies and protein and learn to enjoy your workouts (they get rid of my stress so I push myself hard). Motivation comes from within. If you're not convinced you need to lose weight (and maybe you don't, that's something you have to assess yourself), then you're not going to, simple as that.
