Goodness, I need to do that workout more often. I hurt EVERYWHERE! Hurts so good. Haha. I decided I would go ahead and do some cardio yesterday and went to the fitness center to use the treadmill instead of my usual bike/elliptical machine at home. I ran some, and wow... It kicks my rear end. I am NOT a runner... yet. I think I am going to try going to run on the treadmill more often now. It's definitely more intense than my regular work out. I didn't weigh today, I'm sure with as sore as my muscles are, my weight is up again. Ugh. Oh well. Lots of water and a few bananas today, hopefully will reduce the soreness. Today is DEFINITELY my exercise rest day!
