Tried on a bunch of clothing today from my closet. Got a Banana Republic shirt buttoned, but would like it to be a little looser instead of form fitting. Finally can zip up my plum colored pants and bend over in them! Tried on my maroon Niki Menage blazer and it actually looks good on me. :) Tried on my olive colored Ana shirt and found out I could actually wear it to work! All this is a big encouragement to continue exercising and thoughtful eating. Couldn't have done it without Fat Secret either, because logging my food in FS is a lot easier than having to write it down in a book and look up the calories. Thank you FS and thanks for all the people on FS posting....That is also a lot of encouragement to see I'm not alone.
