Finally found the zero carb heavy cream, Yay!!

Down a couple pounds today, Yay again. Started taking St.John's Wort this morning to see if it helps with my grouchiness. I have Thursday-Monday off for a mini anniversary vacation hope to keep the momentum going. I usually fall short of calories on the weekends so this will be a test for me!

After yesterday's dr appt, DH will be getting shots in his knees, in his feet, weened off the pain meds and put on medical marijuana. Now if only SSD would kick in I would say things are starting to turn around but I don't want to jinx it all.
Happy Wednesday.

Amy, looks like good things do happen to good people. Things are turning around for you and I can't be more happier. Great job on the loss - you deserve it!

Heya M! Remember that in the good ol US of A, zero carbs actually means less than 1 carb, so unless ya got some inside info, you may want to count your 0 carb servings as 1. I only say this because when I started Atkins, I used 0 carb whipping cream, and a LOT of it, took me right out of ketos. ~ tig

Thanks Tig, every other cream I have purchased has actually listed "less than one carb" and they also list sugar. This cream is ultra-pasturized and has no sugar and lists no carbs. I do however always leave room for hidden carbs in my count :) just in case.

My husband used St. John's Wort successfully for years to help with his depression which came out mainly as grouchiness. Glad things are going better for your husband.
