Its weigh day tomorrow and although I've been good in the week, I've struggled at weekends so I hope I will have lost some. I guess I'm aiming for at least 2lb a week but when I start to introduce a bit of exercise in I'm hoping for more like 3lb a week!
Its only week 2 so really I should be losing weight easily but I'm at home all day as I'm on nights so I'm trying really hard not to snack. I've looked at some peoples before and after pics and I want results like that...I want people to notice my weight loss and I want to feel better about myself.
