I used to have a problem with leaving food on my plate. I can thank my mom for that. She always taught us to "clean your plate", especially before dessert! I recently shared this with a friend and her reply was perfect:
"Do you want your food to go to waste or go to your waist?"
I thought I'd share in case any of you are struggling with this concept too!
