Surprised to reach my goal weight today. It has been a steady but slow creeping weight release of about 2 pounds a week. Not hungry very often , and if I am I have my meal. Just getting that signal right is a healing. .i lowered my goal weight, because I am not done yet. I am considering the long range goal to be lower, but I just want to bask in this happiness for a day or two.
