ketosis
Are you using intermittent fasting with the LCHF? Allowing a window of not eating for one or two meals really assists n getting into fat burner mode.or Ketones is which uses fat for fuel. The body won’t burn your fat until there is depletion of glucose from food. Also something amazing happens when your body burns fat, hunger is not an issue. Meh.... you can easily wait longer for you next meal. LCHF allows you to become fat adapted, or you can fast for a couple of days and push the body into Ketosis quickly and powerfully. Fat adaptive make take several weeks'..... but it is a process of change.

Artificial Sweeteners
I have made a switch to use Swerve erithritol granular or powdered and liquid stevia as a one to one exchange for sugar. .....occasionally. Small bags 320 gr cost about 7.50. I try to make up a batch of Raw chocolate and coconut oil once a month.i make 1 tbsp bites that I can utilize as a treat. Monk fruit also when something needs it.i rarely bake now. And have deleted snacking , isomer digestion can enjoy a rest or fast each day. Referred to as intermittent fasting. Keto diet increases fat for satiety, reduces carbs, moderate protein. Be aware that liquid steviais better than stevia sprayed onto maltodextrin I avoid most sweet foods and my desire has declined a lot. Having a back up let’s me know I can make something if I need to that won’t destr my progress.

Stress stall
Been through a lot of stress and anxiety for these past month as my husbands health deteriorated. It was a battle to get medical attention and care, as we kept hearing there is nothing we can do, wait for specialists appointments and more and more rounds of testing for 5 new doctors. It all started to come crashing down this week, as I sent my husband into the hospital with kidney failure and combined autoimmune disorders .... so overlooked .
My stress was beyond anything I’ve had, and my body screamed for sugar a coping mechanism for sure. I was able to get it under control Again with some perfect keto raw chocolate and Avacado salads. More fat= calmer person.
I don’t drink alcohol or smoke, so of course sugar was a legal drug..”.number one choice of a recreational drug, more addictive than cocaine...”Mark Harmon quote.
Yes my weight stalled and I did have 2 tiny slip ups stress eating...but I was encouraged by a friend and a doctor to do more self care. And taking.care of me had to be as important as everyone and everything else going on. But that descion helped me get back in keto and the weight that stalled is coming off again. I just wanted to put it out there to really do self care , eating sugar only will make you feel guilty and puffy and uptight. You deserve better than that! We all do! Be kind to yourself, and recognize that stress on the body comes in many forms..... all the best to you all
