Feel bloated...like I ate a lot today, but I see I didn't. It could be backlash from yesterday's over eating and the heat. We have an early summer! Was hungry after eating lunch, looked at the 3 containers of hubby's Hagen-Daz ice-cream and thought..."He's not even eating it and it's the best ice-cream ever, I should take some or it will go bad." Thank goodness I stopped myself, saw my bloated tummy, thought about the nice new clothing I'm fitting into and how much I will need to look good for work, sadly shut the door and thought about what is less calories and filling....then ate my unsalted pretzels like a good girl. Afterwards, saw the watermelon on the table and wondered why I didn't eat that. What a crazy drama thinker I am.
