New goal set. Get to 160lbs by June 23.

Having more fun with discovering the muscles, than what a moment of sweet flavor could give me. Besides, I'm eager to get started with skin firming and muscle building.

Found it challenging with those weight fluctuations muscle strain produced. Find more ease with just focusing on fat loss, together with a daily step on the scales.

Erikahollister Appreciate that a lot. Thank you! I'm so excited about you being on this path too. Later on I will try out PKD too. Haven't done that in length before. Undiscovered territory at this point.
