I know I've been away from this site for awhile. Things have just been very stressful in my life for the past year. But enough of that, look not in the past but forgive myself and others and move on.
Does anyone know how to start a diet group on here? I would like to either join one or get with others that currently are following Lyn-Genet The Plan, eating plan. I saw her on Dr. Oz last week and ordered the book that will be here next week and I really would like to have support here also. Please reply.

You can start a group on here but you have to be willing to put in the time to be the "owner" of that group. I've considered doing it but I really don't come on Fat Secret that often. Or you can create a challenge, which is a temporary group. If you don't have the time to dedicate to the administration of the group, then you might want to take a look at the forum at www.lyngenetplanchat.com for some details about the Plan.
