What a day I had today.

I decided to go on youtube today to checkout some Zumba videos then I tried to do a couple of the workouts.

What was I think when I bought the Zumba DVD set. I couldn't keep up with the moves and I kept trying them over and over again. Mind you that I had to stop a lot of times to catch my breath. 😱

Well I did that for about an hour and a half catching my breath in between then I gave up.

I went to something I can do well. I got on my elliptical for an hour.

Now I'm beat and I have to work tonight 12am-7am.

I'm gonna try to take a nap after dinner I hope I can crawl out of bed later.

Try the zumba gold,I know your not old but its at a slower pace for beginners.I take the classes at our local YMCA a fun class.

Thanks I was thinking about doing that but I think I'm gone at least try the first DVD before sending it back. I think a lot of it has to do with my belly being so big and me being out of shape. I don't feel right doing the steps coz I don't look as in shape as the people on the videos. I think I need to start doing my dancing gain to to loosen up my body more.
