ok. should not have had oatmeal with the other things for lunch - one or the other.
Should have read the menu closer, and not gotten french fries, I am sure I could have gotten a salad at dinner with my friend yesterday.
Went dancing - stayed 1.5 hours so I did burn some calories.
Going to cut down today, maybe do a semi-fast with lots of water, eat my grapefruit, have oatmeal with nothing else.
I also printed out my 1000 calorie a day shopping list, will coordinate my fridge tonight and shop tomorrow.
