Starting the new year with a plan to loss the weight because I would like to go back in the army as a career. Get some college and make this year great but first things first loss the weight I need to loss 4% body fat to get back in which I can do in a month so I need to get started on it insanity every day no skipping out.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
