Non-Scale Victories
So I was feeling down, haven't really lost any weight in the last 3 weeks. (up and down 2-3#s, varies by hour of the day so just water weight)
It occurred to me that I haven't measured in a while, and I was very pleased with the results! (hips, waist, bust and neck all down)
Total lost in past 5 months: bust: 5.5 inches hips: 5 inches waist: 6.75 inches !!!! right arm: 1 inch right thigh: 2.75 inches neck 2.5 inches
More important than the weight is the health indicators, which are all awesome.
I just need to keep in mind that it didn't take me 6 months to gain all the weight and put myself into horrible condition, and that what I'm doing is about living my life in a healthy manner. The weight/size improvements are a symptom that I'm doing things right, not the end result in and of themselves.
