Great work! :) :) If I amy ask, how do you measure your body fat? Do you have calipers or is it just a scale? I thought those scales that measured body fay were highly innacurate, that's why i didn't get one. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, I am just repeating what I heard form others really. I do knwo that I used my parents scale before, and the bf% went up and down a huge amount from day to day, which is not possible! Maybe they just had a cheapie sscale though.

I'm so proud of your efforts. AND I like the different way you go about posting your goals...using your BFP. JUST LOOK AT THAT CHART! Wow!!!!

Love that picture. It's one thing to loose weight, but it's another when you just look fabulous, and you do!

oh, thanks everyone, for your sweet compliments and encouragement! :D Lotus, I use a bfp measuring scale. It clearly states in the manual that it will vary based on how much water you are retaining, but I find mine to be mostly pretty accurate anyway. for example, if you scroll back in my journal, you'll see it has been consistently 40.something all week. that is why I said I was almost to overweight (39 or less). I might want to get calipers if I had more specific goals re: my bfp, but for just watching what general range I am in, I think this one is good. I also like it because if it goes abnormally down at the same time I report an unexpected gain, then I (hopefully rightfully) assume it is water weight gain. BadAndee, I have to admit I do mostly base my goals on weight rather than BFP. But since my scale feels the need to remind me EVERY MORNING that my bfp is in the obese category (even though my weight isn't), I have the additional goal of getting into "overweight." (Only one flashing plus mark on the scale, instead of two.) oh, and solsista, that is my nephew, isn't he wonderful?
