With Atkins as many other diets you can do exactly what you are supposed to do and not lose weight. This week I finally dropped pounds. I was very determined and was so pleasantly surprised by the results. One of the best rewards was that my coworkers noticed I have lost a few pounds. My jeans actually fit. Summer in Nebraska is on us. I love the greens and bold colors of the flowers.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
