Do a modified exercise routine at home. You don’t have to go to a gym. Get out and walk. Will help both issues. Just do the best you can. No ball busting exercise required.

when I have zero energy and motivation I (reluctantly) summon my courage and roll out the yoga mat for some yogalates. It feels like pampering rather than a workout and it energizes greatly/clears the mind.

Go outside Start with a casual walk. Might surprise yourself with some fresh air and sunshine might just regenerate you - in the end you might even want to do some cardio. Everything doesn’t need to be in the gym. Hopefully back to yourself soon

My wife is past that now, but when she was younger she made herself do something, if only walk, and always said she was glad she did.

I normally do. This one is just unusually intolerable. Going to the gym today, no excuses!
