Really hate eating in here, but at least the cleaning lady was just in here. Its total bs I am getting in trouble and risking my job because I have a snack at 8 am. Shipyard is not female friendly.

Coming from an HR perspective you have rights for reasonable accommodation — the fact that you have to eat a snack in the bathroom is not complaint least of all not with your current condition. I would bring this to their attention.

Whaaaat??! ☹️ That’s not right. They should be more considerate. But i know how it goes. I’ve been dealing with the same type of shitty employers. I’d sneak a folding chair in there. They’d never know lol
