So I lost like 3lbs last week and I feel fantastic. I'm starting to feel the effects of my weight loss efforts, in that I can run faster for longer and stairs are becoming less difficult. I've edited my caloric limit though, as 3lbs per week is a bit more than is generally considered healthy.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
